How do I redeem a deal pass in-store?
Reserve your deal pass in the app or website, visit the physical store during operating hours, and show your 9-character secret code (e.g. BAZAR-8924) at the merchant billing counter.
Do I pay online or in the shop?
Bazarse is an offline-to-online marketplace. You inspect the product directly at the shop and pay the merchant directly via UPI, cash, or card with zero aggregator surcharge.
Are prices guaranteed?
Yes. The merchant price and discount shown on Bazarse are verified directly with the registered shop owner.
What if a store is closed or out of stock?
Store hours and stock statuses are updated in real-time. If an item is unavailable, you can tap 'Report Store' in My Bazar for instant coin compensation.
